Key Holding
We act as key-holders to your property year-round, and as your first point of contact in case of any problems in you absence. We also perform general internal and external checks on your property at regular intervals and inform you of anything we notice that may require attention. Price:40€ per month (within St Gervais); 40€ per month.

Sales and Marketing
Marketing your holiday rental property on our web sites, dealing with enquiries and taking reservations. Tariff: 20% of the rental price. (Commission only charged on bookings taken by ourselves.)

Housekeeping Services
We offer a full cleaning service on an ad-hoc or regular basis, including ‘before stay’ ’end of stay’ cleans. We also offer a laundry service for linen and towels as part of a regular cleaning schedule. Price: Cleaning 20€ per hour; Laundry: 15€ per occupant (sheets and towels). Price list available for additional items on request.

Customer Check-in
For customers arriving at your rental property we hand over the keys at our town-centre location, welcome them and answer any general queries they might have and receive the keys back at the end of their rental. We are open 9am until 11pm 7 days per week for the convenience of our customers. In addition we act as their emergency call-out number in case of any problems that arise during their stay. Price: 30€ per rental.

Other Services
Additional property management services such as emergency call-outs, project management, research, liaison with suppliers and service providers are charged at €30 per hour.

Airport Transfers
We run a minibus transfer service between your property and Geneva airport, which may be booked in advance either by your customers or yourselves. 1 way prices are as follows (TVA included):

All of the above prices are in Euros and subject to TVA (French sales tax) at 19.6%, with the exception of transfer prices which are inclusive of TVA. Invoicing is on a monthly basis payable in arrears.
