Yes, you can come for 1 night to as many as you like. We also have a number of self catered chalets and apartments in St.Gervais and nearby Les Contamines if the hotel can not meet your holiday timings. Email or phone us for further details. |

We work with a local operator to provide door to door transfers from Geneva airport, please ask at time of booking. |

What is the most convenient airport to fly to for St. Gervais? |
| A:
Geneva is closest and well served from the UK. Other possible airports are Lyon and Chambery. These are a little further away but clients have used then successfully. |

Is it possible to drive to St. Gervais from the UK? |
| A:
Yes, the typical journey time is 8-9 hours from Calais using the toll autoroutes. |

How far is the hotel from the ski lift? |
| A:
We are 600m from the ski lift. You can either walk to the lift (10 mins) or the resort ski bus stops directly outside the hotel. |

What level of ski / boarding ability is St.Gervais best suited to? |
| A:
St. Gervais is suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate to advanced. With over 500Km of piste plus Vallée Blanche, ski touring and a collection of beautiful alpine villages dotted across the hillside, it makes for a superb winter sports location. |

If I want to do the Vallée Blanche, will I need a guide? |
| A:
It is recommended that you have a qualified guide for all off-piste skiing. We can suggest local guides in advance of your trip. |

How much is the ski pass? |
| A:
A “6 Day Evasion Mont Blanc” adult ski pass was €166 for the 2008/9 season. This is the recommended pass for skiers/boarders spending a week at the resort and gives access to over 500Km of piste. |

Can you arrange for my ski pass in advance? |
| A:
We don't buy lift passes in advance for our guests as you can easily get them from the ski lift station or Tourist office on arrival (no photo required) |

How much is ski/board hire and can you arrange it for me? |
| A:
Typical cost for a week’s hire of skis and boots is 120€ (£100).
We work with an excellent hire shop 50m from the hotel who we direct our guests to. All the equipment is of an extremely high quality and current technology, and the service second to none. |

Is there anything to do for non-skiers in St. Gervais? |
| A:
Yes, lots! St. Gervais has a health and beauty spa, mountain railway, ice rink, swimming pool, casino, shopping, bars and restaurants. You can also try your hand at snowshoeing, sleigh rides or sightseeing.In the summer there are nearby lakes, walking and trekking plus a children's tree top adventure park. |

Do you have any parking? |

The hotel is directly opposite a large short term free public car park. There is a secure free car park in the town centre and free on street parking on nearby roads. |

Yes, you can reserve the whole hotel for the exclusive use of your party. Remember, we also have a number of chalets and apartments where additional party members can stay if required. |

Yes, please advise us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking. We can confirm our ability to cater for them at that time. |

What star rating and comfort level is the Hotel Le Regina? |
| A:
The hotel is a traditional French 2 star hotel. We have updated the interior with all rooms having ensuite bathrooms (shower or bath), in-room dvd players, UK Satellite TV in the lounge and French TV with a DVD player in the bedrooms. We aim for a higher standard of cuisine, comfort and service than is usual for a 2 star hotel. |
