This lovely 2 double bedroom apartment is situated in St Gervais town centre, just 2 minutes’ walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes’ walk from the ski lifts (also the ski bus stops 50m from the apartment). With stunning views of the mountains from its large balcony, a comfortable lounge / dining area and an open plan kitchen area, the apartment offers a great alternative to the hotel for a family or friends. L’Ensoleilée has an outdoor swimming pool for summer stays, and is very warm and cosy for winter stays. The apartment has private parking and a ground floor ski and boot locker. Guests may choose self-catered or to eat dinner at the Hotel Le Regina, just 100 metres away.
The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably in 2 double beds. There is also a sofa-bed, which can accommodate an additional 2 people if required. We offer week-long stays and can also accommodate shorter breaks on occasion.

This apartment has undergone a total refurbishment and now offers fabulous contemporary, self-catering accommodation in a complex which is not only right on the piste for the convenience of skiers, but also has a private swimming pool (12 metres x 7 metres with a depth of 1 to 2.2 metres), for summer use.
The block is only 300 metres from the ski station and the centre of town with its variety of shops and lively bars and restaurants, is only a ten minute walk away.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 9 adults and 2 young children.
It also boasts a log fire, comfortable sofa, which converts to two single beds, TV, DVD player and Playstation. The dining table can extend to comfortably seat 10.

It also has a large balcony with stunning views of the mountains, perfect for enjoying the hot summer days or an apres ski drink. With its four seater dining table, TV, DVD player, and fully equiped kitchen in makes a fantastic place to unwind after a hard days skiing.

Le Covagnet is on the 2nd floor of a well established building and situated in an elevated position giving far-reaching views across the valley and the town of St Gervais.
The ski lifts can be seen from the apartment and are 4 minutes walk, as are the nearest bakers and the town is just ten minutes walk
The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people and consists of the following:
1 Bedroom - double bed, 2 x double and 1 single fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage, further storage in bedside drawers, hairdryer
Lounge/diner - TV and DVD/CD player plus a range of DVDs and CDs; double bed settee, reclining swivel chair, dining table & 4 chairs
Balcony - L-shaped and leading off the lounge, which receives the sun all day round and you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of Mont D’Arbois, Mont Joly and Mont Blanc.
Kitchen - Full-sized cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and full kitchen equipment
Bathroom - bath with shower over, bidet and sink

We have 2 apartments to rent, sitting side by side and enjoying fine views of magnificent Mont Blanc. The fact that the apartments are adjoining make them an ideal base for 2 groups of friends or 2 families.
The apartments are located in the Rochebrune area of the town and are a 7 minute walk from the centre of the town or, if you get lazy, a 5 minute trip on the local horse and trap ’taxis’. The nearest ski lift is the large Rochebrune Telepherique. This can be seen from the apartment balconies and is only a 3 minute walk away
Apartment 1
This is the slightly larger apartment, and it sleeps 4 adults. There is a king size double bed on the mezzanine level and a comfortable sofa bed downstairs which converts into either a double bed or 2 singles. In addition there are 2 fold down single beds on the mezzanine level which are suitable for children only.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area (table and 6 chairs), a living area with TV, CD player and video. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
